Jim Deakin opposes S.3081 sponsored by opponent McCain,
Jim Deakin took an oath to support and defend the Constitution of the United States of America. After nearly 30 years in Congress McCain continues to propose bills in direct violation of the U.S. Constitution.
Fresh off the defeat of McCain/Feingold by the US Supreme Court, McCain has once again proposed legislation which violates the following provisions of the U.S. Constitution; Habeas Corpus, 4th, 5th, 6th, and 8th Amendments.
Bill S. 3081 the ‘‘Enemy Belligerent: Interrogation, Detention, and Prosecution Act of 2010’’.
SEC. 5. Detention without trial of unprivileged enemy belligerents
An individual, including a citizen of the United States, determined to be an unprivileged enemy belligerent under section 3(c)(2), in a manner which satisfies Article 5 of the Geneva Convention relative to the Treatment of Prisoners of War, may be detained without criminal charges and without trial for the duration of hostilities against the United States or its coalition partners, in which the individual has engaged.
The resulting authority of this bill would circumvent the United States Constitution and the civil rights of U.S. Citizens.

John Mccain votes YES on hates crime bill:
" The liberal is out of the closet"
Update Mccain says ACORN is what makes America special
McCain is a maverick who has often worked against conservatives during his years in the Senate.

We all want a better life for our children, does this give us the right to
go against the law for the betterment of our children? Or is the right to
thwart the law reserved only for illegal alien parents and their children from Mexico and elsewhere?
The Federal, State, and local immigration laws do not distinguish between
an illegal alien looking for a so called better life or one's that comes
to rape, molest, and kill.
This American is sick and tired of our elected standing up for criminals against law abiding citizens, We are not racist, we are voting citizens that want our laws enforced. You have the right to call me anything you desire, but "dubbing inconvenient truths as being a racist, is more poisonous to the ones calling it racism, than the ones being called racists because the ones screaming racism, are inconvenienced by the truths spoken!" The truth is it's illegal to enter the United States and to stay illegally in the United States, these are facts. The illegal alien's and their supporters are in fact incovenienced by the United States immigration laws!
"We call things racism just to get attention. We reduce complicated problems to racism, not because it is racism, but because it works." --- Alfredo Gutierrez, political consultant, as quoted by Richard de Uriarte, The Phoenix Gazette, March 14, 1992 (quoted in The ProEnglish Advocate, 1st quarter, 2002).ENTRY WITHOUT INSPECTION IS A CRIME: In fact, pursuant to 8 U.S.C. 1325, crossing the border illegally is a crime–a misdemeanor for the first offense and a felony for the second and subsequent offenses. But of course, ignoring or mischaracterizing the law is a very convenient way for those in power to avoid the laws they find most inconvenient. Sadly, statements such as these are also a signal that Americans will have to wait a long time before their government articulates any credible immigration enforcement policy.
Mr. Mccain said he is going to reach across to the Democrats, which is easy, since he is over there most of the time. His anger and foul language is always used against fellow Republicans, never his liberal friends.
Every major piece of legislation that has his name on it also has an extreme Liberal Democrat attached to it, such as McCain-Feingold, McCain-Kennedy and McCain-Lieberman, all of which promote heavy LIBERAL issues.
John Mccain is to far to the left for this voter, As we Arizonan's head into the 2010 elections, this Maverick must be put out to pasture,
He sides with the 21 million illegal aliens in America over the American tax payer /workers, I will show you the bills he has tried to pass to undermine the Arizona/American workers. I have seen Mccain stand up for the 200 deaths a year of the illegals dieing on the border, but have yet to hear him speak of the Americans dieing at the hands of the illegals he supports.
Americans killed by illegals must be stopped, we
know already "Mccain is not the American
Patriot" to get the job done. He has proven
vote after vote and bill after bill
(mccains bills) the illegal aliens are more
important to him than his fellow American
Citizen's.
You may ask yourself why an American would do this to other American's, it's in his nature.....
"Only Americans can hurt America."
- - Dwight D. Eisenhower
This year's term was "Political Correctness."
The winner was:
"Political correctness is a doctrine, fostered by a delusional, illogical minority, and rabidly promoted by an unscrupulous mainstream media, which holds forth the proposition that it is entirely possible to pick up a turd by the clean end"
As Arizona voters we must hold these people we trusted with our votes accountable for their actions. If Arizonan's continue to re-elect MCcain , we will continue to have the same problems in Arizona we have now with MCcain as Our Senator. Stop the madness enough with MCcain !
Six more years of MCcain is Six more years of the same old politics, putting illegal aliens rights before the Arizona Citizens Rights.
Even if Mccain is the only one on the ballet, write in a name don't continue to vote for Mccain.
